KONSORTIUM BUMI CONSULTANTS & SERVICES SDN BHD is a Bumiputra owned & was incorporated on July 2006. Initial Incorporation was to serve both State and Federal Government Infrastructure Project as a Mechanical & Electrical and Architect Engineering Consultancy Company.
In 2015, the Company is licensed with National Oil Company (PETRONAS) to provide Integrated Brownfield Engineering Services for Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Facilities.
The new Oil & Gas Engineering team has been set up with full ranges of Engineering capability in Miri, Sarawak. The Engineering capability from all engineering discipline includes Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil & Structural Engineering, Electrical and Instrumentation.
In Oil and Gas Business, our top priority is to ensure our service and quality meeting customer satisfaction with no compromise on Safety. This is delivered through our strong technical experiences personnel, our HSE awareness, relationship with vendors and other service providers in the industry. Our Client includes major Oil and Gas Operator such as PETRONAS, Sarawak SHELL, JX Nippon Oil & Gas Exploration (Limited) Malaysia and etc.

Work Management
KBCS has developed a Design Work Management System that enables us to achieve better project control. The Design Work Management System provides KBCS with an effective tool to achieve better integration and automation of key project (design) management activities such as estimation, time writing, cost control. planning/scheduling, monitoring, management report, billing/invoicing and supporting payroll.In addition, the system also helps to standardize workflow, reduce estimation time, and provide better project management reports.
Health, Safety and Environment
It is the policy of KBCS to provide products and services in full compliance to our clients' HSE requirements. KBCS has a fully installed and operational HSE management system comprising all the rules and instructions to control and coordinate activities within the KBCS organization in order to ensure that together with the QA Management System, the highest level of HSE standard is achieved and maintained.
The HSE Management System outlines Company policy and management as well as employee responsibilities. It includes all the relevant aspects of safety management, safety training, occupational health, land transport, communications and environmental protection. Procedures also include those necessary to assure a similarly high standard of safety management within any of KBCS’s sub-contractors.
